New goal!
I've been working out in the mornings to the "Biggest Loser" video. It is only 20 minutes but that girl is a beast! I am hurting already, but I'm loving it. I made a new commitment to myself. Ready? I am giving up sugar and flour for a month. They say it takes 21 days to build a habit, so I will do it. I am not a fan of sweets but bread is a vice for me. I can eat it all day, especially bagels from Dunkin' Donuts. I've told Jose and the girls so they can support me. Jose said great, Nellie got in the shower and Nashua said you'll starve to death. Quite a support system, don't you think?

well i decided that I wanted to see if I could go without dessert for a week and I started on Tuesday.....it is Thursday. But you'll do great!:)
Good luck :) Sugar is so hard because it is hidden in so many premade foods.
