Running like crazy!

Last year I was running 5 days a week, 3-4 miles daily. I was happy, lost 20 pounds, had a personal trainer and had great nights of full sleep. This year I have not done anything, gained all the weight back, cannot sleep through the night and feel horrible. I have recommitted to start running again. My goal: to run a 5k and after a 1/2 marathon. I really do not care for competition or winning, I just enjoy the feeling of running and that I have accomplished something that I used to do long ago. So if anyone is interested in being my "running blog buddy" to whom I have to be accountable, let me know. I guess now that I have posted this, am I practically accountable to the whole web?

Hey there! I just ran a 5k!! I did very little training, but I have a jogging stroller and am trying to run at least 3 times a week. I have a friend that asked if I wanted to do a half marathon and I might just try. We will see.
I have a lot of weight to lose and just need to get out there and move more.
